Shipping Duration: Orders shipped internationally may vary in transit time, typically ranging from 4 to 15 working days.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 8  business days from the payment confirmation.

Please note that our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when it will be closed. During these times, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.

 We are offering free shipping for every order over. After payment is approved and the shipment leaves our warehouse, your shipping confirmation email will contain a shipping tracking number you can use to follow your order until it arrives at your door.

Estimated shipping and delivery times will vary based on your location. Deliveries in the US can take up to 6 - 12 business days 

Standard shipping in the United States is done via major ground carriers, including UPS, FedEx and United States Post Service(USPS).

Due to carrier restrictions, some items cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, FPO and APO addresses.
While most of our items have a relatively short shipping timeframe, there are those that need just a little more time to get to you. Below are some of the items that take longer to ship/deliver than average. 

1. Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.

2. Custom Light Fixture

Custom light fixture can take up to 8 - 15 business days to process. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information in 24 hours and delivery time will be 2 - 3 weeks.

3.  Oversized Items

Oversized items can take up to 2 - 4 business days to process. Generally, we will send tracking information in 24 hours after shipped and you should receive your shipment within 3 - 4 weeks of your order date. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery once it is in your local area.

 

Disputes and Non-Receipt of Goods

  • Receipt of Goods: Responsibility for your purchase transfers to you upon delivery of the goods to the address you provided.

  • Non-Receipt Claims: If you claim not to have received your order despite our records indicating otherwise, please contact us within [3 days] of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with our delivery partners and seek a resolution.

    • In cases where tracking information confirms delivery to the correct address but you have not received your items, we ask you to check with household members, neighbors, or building management. Sometimes, orders are received by someone on your behalf without your knowledge.

    • If the investigation concludes that the item was not received due to an error on our part (wrong address), we will offer a replacement.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 Hours] of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.



International Order & Shipping Information

For our free shipping policy, it also applies to the international orders from European countries and Canada. Unfortunately these countries and areas are not supported for shipping temporarily as below: Africa, South America and India. All items are not eligible for international shipping due to carrier and customs restrictions.

As for international orders, all items are available to ship and we will deliver the packages to DHL, UPS, FedEx and Post Service or YunExpress . Regarding to the specific shipping way, it will depend on the items' real condition.

Custom light fixture can take up to 8 - 15 business days to ship. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information in 24 hours.

We will inform you in time with our service email in case that your address is looked as a remote area and your side need to pay relative remote fee according to the carrier information.

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Helios Lighting Studios . For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we can not be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you through our service as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
